MDM Tools, the online store operated by LMF di Frattarolo Luca, ships industrial tools, equipment, workwear, accessories and industrial machinery throughout Italy and, where available, to international destinations.
Order Processing and Delivery Times
Orders are processed on business days, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Processing and delivery times depend on product availability, destination and the selected shipping service.
Any estimated delivery times are indicative unless a specific delivery deadline has been expressly agreed.
For consumer purchases, unless otherwise agreed, goods will be delivered within 30 days of the conclusion of the contract, in accordance with applicable law.
Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are displayed during checkout before the order is confirmed.
Any free-shipping promotions are indicated on the relevant product pages or during checkout.
For industrial machinery, heavy equipment, bulky goods or products requiring specialized transportation, shipping costs are calculated and communicated through a quotation.
Shipment Tracking
Where available, customers will receive a tracking number by email.
Tracking information allows customers to monitor the progress of their shipment through the carrier's website.
Used Industrial Machinery and Equipment
For used machinery and industrial equipment, collection and transportation arrangements may be agreed individually.
Dismantling, loading, handling, transportation, unloading and installation services are included only when expressly specified in the commercial quotation.

For consumer purchases, the risk of loss or damage generally passes to the consumer when the goods are physically received by the consumer or a designated third party other than the carrier, subject to applicable legal exceptions.
All mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
