Water-repellent film for CNC machine tool windows

A classic shop-floor problem: emulsion, coolant, and splashes cover the CNC window, preventing you from clearly seeing what is happening inside the work area.

Result? You're working almost blind, with your hand ready on the reset button and the constant fear that something might go wrong.

The water-repellent film for CNC machine tool windows is a simple, fast, and cost-effective solution for improving visibility inside the machine during operation.

It is applied directly to the CNC window and creates a cleaner viewing zone, helping you monitor the machining process better, reduce operational stress, and limit constant cleaning and interruptions.

Main features

• Improves visibility inside the CNC work area
• Water-repellent effect: emulsion and liquids slide off more easily
• Simple and quick application thanks to the adhesive layer
• Reduced thickness: approximately 0.3 mm
• Can be positioned freely on the machine window
• Also suitable for curved screens
• Available in 200 mm, 300 mm, and 400 mm diameters
• Made in Germany product

The kit includes

• 1 water-repellent protective film
• 1 application squeegee
• 1 microfiber cloth

Why use it on your CNC?

When you can't see well into the machine, you aren't really monitoring the machining: you're just hoping everything goes well.

With this film, you can improve visibility in the work area and better monitor the tool, workpiece, chips, and coolant during machining.

A practical solution for machine shops, production departments, and companies that want to work with more control and fewer wasted hours.

Available in 3 diameters

• 200 mm diameter
• 300 mm diameter
